National Affiliations
SWOL is committed to having teams compete in the highest level of competetive youth baseball in the country. With this in mind SWOL automatically sanctions teams with many national affiliations. SWOL Team registration fees pay for some of the national affiliations which allows your team the opportunity to participate in one of these affiliation's tournaments without having to pay the sanctioning fee again. If there is a tournament fee (other than NABF, which is built into the registration process because they register leagues not teams), teams are responsible for tournament fees. Here is a break down of the affiliations:
USSSA, Nations, BPA - these require each team to do an individual on-line team registration WITHOUT PAYING THE FEE at the affiliations website. Before registering for one of these tournaments you must register your team on the affiliation's site.
CABA - SWOL teams are given a CABA membership number for being a part of SWOL. Choose a CABA sanctioned tournament on the CABA tournaments site.
AABC, NABF, PONY, and AAABA - SWOL teams are registered for these affiliations but they still require a team list. If your team is a part of SWOL then your team is already accounted for.
Sandlott - teams are put in the "special attention" category.
IBA & AAU - teams can sign up for these tournaments without SWOL help.
