Cincinnati Baseball Club

The 15U CBC placed second in the rain-shortened Perfect Game Super25 Ohio Valley Region Qualifier in Dublin, OH.  The 15U's fought back from a tough opening pool play loss to the Butler County Bombers to advance to the Tournament Finals before rain washed out the rematch with Butler County.  The CBC got outstanding pitching performances from Conner McMurry (Summit '17), Hayden Seeger (Mariemont '17), Nick Meyer (St. X '17) and Jeff Hill (Madeira '17) to lead the CBC to their wins.  The top-of-the order table setters, Reilly Smith (St. X '17) and Michael Cleary (St. X '17), were on base early and often as the middle of the line-up hammers dominated the tournament.  Grissom (Moeller '17), Borman (Sycamore '17), Mosely (Elder '17), Woodruff (Mariemont '17) and Koopmans (Goshen '17) all had extra base hits while Edwards (Goshen '17) led the team in hits.

The CBC Blackhawks win the Blue Ash Memorial Wood Bat Tournament over a competitve 22 team field.  Hayden Seeger (Mariemont '17) & Nick Meyer (St. X '17) combined for zero earned runs over 21 innings while Jake Borman (Sycamore '17) & Jonathan Grissom (Moeller '17) led the offensive attack.
